21st October 2021 – Emergency Network Maintenance: To troubleshoot a potential network issue identified, we shall need to reload one of our network equipment. Start Time: 21/10/2021 22:00 BST,End Time: 22/10/2021 04:00 BST. Expected downtime: 15mins (Timeline of 6Hours in case any unforeseen issue arises.)

Broadband Outage: Customers would have experienced a loss of broadband service on Friday 2nd July 2021 between 00:06 to 00:10. The root cause was due to a loss of internet network peering at Telehouse North data center point of presence. We identified several broadband circuits established authentication onto our radius server and discovered other broadband circuits was still impacted by the loss of internet network peering. Our engineers took the action to manually reset some customers ADSL broadband ports which allowed sessions to re-establish and authenticate onto our radius server. We sincerely apologise for any disruption this may have caused.
